A space for personal reflection, not a substitute for professional care.

Prethera Partner Agreement

Last revised: April 20, 2026

1. Nature of the partnership

Approved partners receive evaluation access (a free Plus account) and a personal discount code their clients can use at checkout. There is no per-referral compensation, no volume-based reward, and no payout of any kind to the partner. The partnership exists so clinicians can evaluate what they are recommending and so their clients receive a modest first-run discount.

2. Disclosure

Partners agree to disclose this partnership to any client who asks, and proactively where doing so serves the client's informed consent. Prethera is a therapy companion, not a clinical service; recommending it must remain a clinical judgment in the client's interest, not a financial decision. If the partnership could reasonably influence a client's perception of your recommendation, tell them it exists.

3. Clinically appropriate recommendation

Partners recommend Prethera only when, in their own clinical judgment, a structured between-session adjunct is appropriate for the specific client. Partners do not recommend Prethera to clients in acute crisis, to clients for whom an independent digital adjunct is contraindicated, or to clients whose care plan does not benefit from between-session journaling and reflection. Prethera is designed to be used alongside therapy, never instead of it.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate this partnership at any time, without cause. Prethera reserves the right to revoke partner status for a violation of this agreement, a violation of any applicable professional ethics code, or any conduct that misrepresents the nature of the partnership or of Prethera itself.
